The rules for this website. Your use of the Longbow application is governed separately.
These terms apply to this website. Access to the Longbow application is governed by a separate subscription agreement between Longbow and your firm. Nothing on this website creates a right to use the software.
We work to keep this site accurate, including the descriptions of what is and isn't built. Product plans change, and descriptions of features still in development are statements of current intent rather than commitments to deliver on any particular date or at all.
Prices are listed per user, per month, in US dollars, and may change. The price that applies to your firm is the one in your signed agreement.
Applying for a founding-firm spot is a request, not an agreement. We may decline any application. If we accept, the specific terms — including any free period — will be set out in writing before anything begins.
The text, design, and Longbow name and logo on this site belong to us. You're welcome to link to the site or quote it with attribution; please don't reproduce it wholesale or use our branding to imply a relationship that doesn't exist.
Nothing on this site is legal advice, and references to Illinois statutes are descriptive of software behavior rather than a statement of law. Longbow is a tool used by lawyers; it does not practice law and does not replace professional judgment.
This website is provided as-is. We don't guarantee it will always be available or error-free, and to the extent the law allows, we aren't liable for losses arising from use of this website.
These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Illinois.
Questions about these terms go to info@longbowcms.com.
