Privacy policy

Plain language, because you shouldn't need a second lawyer to read a privacy policy.

What this covers

This policy describes what Longbow does with information collected through this website. It does not describe how we handle the case data your firm stores inside the Longbow application — that is governed by the agreement between Longbow and your firm.

What we collect here

  • What you give us. If you request updates or apply for early access, we collect the email address and any details you type into the form.
  • Basic usage data. Standard web analytics — pages visited, approximate location, browser and device type. We use it to understand which parts of the site are useful.

What we do with it

  • Send you the development updates or early-access information you asked for
  • Reply to you when you contact us
  • Understand how the site is used so we can improve it

We do not sell your information. We do not share it with advertisers. We do not send you anything you didn't ask for.

Who else sees it

We use third-party services to run this website, deliver email, and process form submissions. Those providers process information on our behalf and are not permitted to use it for their own purposes.

How long we keep it

We keep contact information as long as you want to hear from us, and for a reasonable period afterward for our own records. You can ask us to delete it at any time.

Your choices

  • Unsubscribe from any email using the link in that email
  • Ask us what we hold about you
  • Ask us to correct or delete it

Write to info@longbowcms.com and a person will answer.

Changes

If we change this policy in a way that matters, we'll say so here and update the date below.
